Community Survey Questionnaire

ALTERNATIVE VIABLE FUTURE FOR THE FORMER ST IGNATIUS ORDSALL

Dear Ordsall Neighbourhood Residents

You are invited to take part in a survey which aims to assess the viability of alternative uses for the Former St Ignatius Church, King Edward Street, Ordsall Salford and to examine how the identified alternative uses would support the delivery of Ordsall neighbourhood priority needs. The survey would also help to identify services that are not already been delivered in the neighbourhood to ensure that existing services are not duplicated.

The survey is available from the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/stignatiusordsall

The current proposal is to appropriate the building and the land annexed or belonging thereto shown hatched on the proposed plan available here for educational, cultural and community use and for the charitable purposes of CEDE Foundation (project sponsor) and for purposes ancillary thereto.

All the information you pass onto us in the survey is anonymous. It will also remain confidential (individual questionnaires will not be released). The report of the findings from the survey will be made available to survey participants who have opted to received copies of the survey report by email.

The survey should be completed by Monday 28th November 2016. On average, the survey takes no longer than 10 minutes to complete, and your feedback will help us to avoid duplication of existing services in the community. All completed survey will be entered into a prize draw for a chance of winning a £10 Asda Gift Card.

Thank you
